Low Fidelity is a fanzine from the Wirral's Tom Pimlott. Some people might know Tom as the lad who made those B-Team videos a few years back (as well as the Wirral classic Fire in the Hole back in 2003) - and some people might know him as a key figure in the hardcore world - playing in numerous bands as well as producing a fair few releases.

Anyway - this is the second issue of his zine, it's 36 big A4 pages and it features interviews with Big Cheese and Screw, some thoughts on street riding, a look at the early Dischord 7"s and an in-depth article about sound recording through the ages.

There's some exemplary cut-and-paste action in this too.
